MUSIKFI Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy.

If you believe that content available on or through the Site or the Application or accessible via links posted on the Site or the Application infringes one or more of your copyrights, you or your agent may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) notification to MUSIKFI, as set forth in this MUSIKFI DMCA Policy.

The notification shall include all of the information described in this MUSIKFI DMCA Policy (“Notification”) to MUSIKFI’s Copyright Agent by mail or email using the contact information provided below. A copy of this Notification will be sent to the person who posted the material addressed in the Notification.

A Notification should include the following:
